How it all began
Anthony and Koire began working together a decade ago and formed a bond over their passion for food, wine and cocktails. After teaming up at the top the restaurants in Orange County, they decided they wanted to present their point of view and passion to the local community through a new project called Verde and Bar Verde.
Verde symbolizes a fresh, new, and vibrant project focusing on seasonal ingredients highlighted by the best of California farmers seasonal offerings.
